Telephone Questions

Inmates are able to make collect phone calls to friends and family. However, collect calls cannot be made to cell phones. So, Orlando City Jail partners with Connect Network to make talking to inmates easier for friends and family.

By using Connect Network, you can set up a prepaid account so inmates can call you without collect charges. You can set up an account online, or you can call 800-483-8314.
