The Henderson County Jail is just like every other county correctional facility in Texas as they house three sets of offenders.
The first set is those who cannot post bail and need to wait for their trial. The second set is those who are waiting to post bail. These offenders typically have been brought in and going through the bail process (if applicable). The last set of inmates are those who have gone through their trial and were formally sentenced. These inmates will have a sentence of around three years.
All inmates in the facility will always get three meals a day and the chance to participate in all programs being offered.
Inmate Property
Every prisoner on starting admission will get 1 three-day cleanliness pack comprising of 1 Toothbrush, 1 Little Bar of Cleanser, and 1 Little Container of Toothpaste.
