In the small town of Chillicothe, Missouri, you will find the Chillicothe Correctional Center. This Chillicothe Correctional Center is known as a mixed-custody prison. This facility is responsible for only housing female offenders. The facility can house over 1,600 female offenders.
However, within this facility, they also have a substance abuse treatment program that can house over 250 offenders.
While offenders are in the Chillicothe Correctional Center, they can work on getting their GED, go to college, and learn a new trade.

Inmate Mail
One of the few things an inmate can do when serving out time in the Chillicothe Correctional Center is to send and receive letters. These letters are sometimes the highlight of an inmate’s day.

Inmate Money
When trying to give an inmate some money, so they can purchase supplies at the commissary or a phonecard, you may be lost on how to do this.
This task is rather easy. All you need to do is use JPAY. JPAY is awesome because it has a mobile app on Apple and Android. You can download the app and make your account. Once your account is created, you can use the inmate’s information and send her some money. This process is rather painless, to say the least.
Inmate Calls
For an inmate to call you from the Chillicothe Correctional Center, she will need to purchase a phone card from the commissary. She will need money, so you will need to send her some using JPAY.
Once she gets a phonecard, she will be allowed to call you daily for up to 30 minutes a day. Inmates have access to the phones during the daytime period when she is not eating, attending classes/groups, and during count times.
Inmate Visits
Before visiting, please fill out and submit a visitor’s application. This application must be approved first. Visitation takes place between Fridays and Sundays during two sessions. The first session is the morning session and goes from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. The second session is the afternoon session and that goes from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
