Through this video-only visitation, there are two ways that you can visit an inmate. The first is through an on-site visitation via a video terminal. You should arrive at the jail lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled visit. The inmate will visit the video terminal from their housing unit. Each inmate is allowed two free visits per week. Any additional visits will cost $0.25 a minute, for up to 30 minutes.

In addition to on-site virtual visitations, remote video visitation is available via the Internet. This visitation can be conducted through any high-speed Internet connection and appropriate device, including a webcam, microphone, and speaker. The service will cost $0.66 per minute, for up to 30 minutes.

To schedule a visit with an inmate, visit Getting Out or kiosks found within the Canyon County Jail lobby. All visitations are available between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM, and 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM, seven days a week.
