Are you looking for someone who has been arrested in Yuma City? Yuma Jail houses persons charged with or convicted of city ordinances as well as felony inmates awaiting a transfer.

Therefore, if someone was recently arrested, they may be at Yuma Jail. Keep reading below for information on how to do an inmate search as well as other information you will need to know about the jail and its procedures.

Inmate Bookings Search

Because inmates may be awaiting transfer, the first thing you will want to do when looking for someone who has been arrested is to look through the bookings to ensure the inmate is in fact at Yuma Jail. Inmates online have already been through the booking process.

To perform an inmate search, click here. Type in the inmates first and last name. To view information, mugshots, the booking number, and bond information, click on “Click here to view charges.”

Bail and Bonds

Because all persons are innocent until proven guilty, getting a person out of jail can be done before a hearing. However, you will need to pay a cash bond in full to ensure the person makes it back to court.

If you are unable to pay a cash bond in full, you can contact a bondsman to assist you. A bondsman will pay the cash bond as long as you pay 10-20% to the bondsman upfront. For example, if a bond is set at $5,000 you can get a person out for $500 using a bondsman.

Sending Mail to an Inmate
