Before you do anything, you will want to search the inmate roster to ensure the person you are looking for is still at the facility.

Inmates are able to make outgoing phone calls, but are unable to receive incoming phone calls. All calls are subject to monitoring.
The inmate telephone system at Lexington City Jail, Kentucky is contracted with Crown Correctional Telephone, INC. This allows for inmates to make both collect calls as well as prepaid calls.

Sending Mail

Visitation
If an inmate is unable to be bonded out or is serving time at the Lexington City Jail, they will be allowed to have visitation. If you wish to visit an inmate, keep the following in mind:
- Visitors must have a valid ID
- Visitors are on a first-come-first-serve basis
- Minors must be escorted by an adult
- No weapons
- No food
- No gifts
Keep in mind that Lexington City Jail does not have commissary. So, no money will be taken for inmates other than for bail.
