The entire cost of reconstructing the facility was about $ 70 million.

The Collateral Portion; to get bail, you have to secure it with collateral with a value greater than or equal to the bail. This collateral is fully returned to the offender in case their case in court is dismissed.
Premium fees: the premium fees are often 10% of the total bond amount that the bailing company banks. It may also include associate fees such as storage, recording, travel, and phone calls, among others.

- The letters must be written in blue, black or pencil.
- Incoming mails should have a valid return address.
- The mail content should be clean; not describe criminal activities such as the manufacture of weapons, drugs, gang art, or any other content that may compromise the facility’s security.
- The mail should not advocate violence, ethnic purity, or racial supremacy.
- Inmates cannot send mails to fellow inmates.
For your mails to be delivered to the intended inmate, the above rules must be acknowledged religiously.
- Greeting Cards and Postcards

- Sexually suggestive and gang-related content

- Books and Magazines

These have to be obtained directly from a certified and reputable publisher and must be accompanied by the inmate’s name fixed to the address label.
